This tour allows for full immersion into the twin Cities of Perth and Fremantle, and also enjoying Perth’s natural asset of the Swan River. Starting in Perth, the tour takes in all major attractions of the revitalised Perth CBD, including the Western Australian Cricket Ground (WACA). Then on to Kings Park Botanical Gardens, where you have time to experience a walk through the trees canopies on the Tree Top Walkway or take in the stunning views from the war memorial back over the city skyline.

Continue through the affluent Western Suburbs of Perth known as Millionaire’s Row before reaching Cottesloe Beach where the Indian Ocean sparkles. Travel on into historic Fremantle and leave your coach tour here to enjoy the atmosphere and stop for lunch (own expense) at the many café and eateries, with its famous Fish and Chips restaurants at the Fishing Boat Harbour.

Take the Fremantle Tram for a scenic tour of Fremantle and enjoy the beauty of this famous marine port, undergoing rejuvenation and development whilst maintaining old charm. Finish this relaxing day by catching the late afternoon cruise back to Perth along the pristine Swan River, sampling local wines if desired before arriving back into Perth along with million dollar views of Kings Park, Yacht Clubs and the new Elizabeth Quay.

Day 3 - Wave Rock, York, Wildflowers & Aboriginal Culture (Full Day)

Leaving Perth we head through the Perth Hills and escarpment and enter farming country. Heading east we enjoy morning tea (own expense) at historic York, the first township founded in the Avon Valley. From there we travel the Wheatbelt Highway through agricultural towns of Corrigin and Kondinin and finally; through outback farming country – giving a glimpse of Australian country life. Stopping briefly at the infamous Dog Cemetery; a shrine to man’s best friend and an integral part of farming life. Then visit Hippo’s Yawn, a rock formation which resembles a hippo yawning. We then break for an Aussie country style lunch at the Wildflower Shop.

Then we move on to see the spectacular Wave Rock and the ancient Gnamma Holes. Whilst here visit either a Wildlife Park, view a unique Antique Lace Collection even featuring lace from Lady Diana, or visit an amazing Toy Soldier Museum. Leaving Wave Rock we visit The Humps and finally Mulka’s Cave. We return to Perth via a different route and stop at the quaint country town for afternoon tea (own expense). Wildflower viewing stops are made en route (seasonal) with an arrival back in to Perth at approximately 8.30pm.
